The Why Behind the Work
These programs aren't just something I created. They're rooted in experiences I've lived, challenges I've faced, and lessons I've learned.
Back to Basics
I created Back to Basics because I believe good health starts with the fundamentals. Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, relationships, and purpose all play a role in how we feel. We often look for complicated solutions when what we really need is to get back to the basics and build a strong foundation for long-term health.
Gut Health Support
I created this program because gut health is something I've personally struggled with for over 10 years. From acid reflux to stomach discomfort, I know how frustrating it can be to deal with ongoing symptoms. Through my own experience, I've found that lifestyle changes can make a tremendous difference in how I feel. I want to help others find relief, better understand their bodies, and work toward a healthier gut.
Work / Life Balance
I created this program because I believe we've lost sight of what a healthy balance looks like. It's easy to get caught up in work, constantly push ourselves, and put our health and personal lives on the back burner. I want to help people step back, reconnect with what matters most, and build a lifestyle that supports their well-being without driving themselves into the ground.
Athlete Support
I created this program because I know firsthand how mentally challenging athletics can be. Growing up playing baseball and basketball, I often questioned whether I was good enough and put tremendous pressure on myself. Today, as a competitive CrossFit athlete, I've developed a much stronger belief in myself, but I still experience nerves and self-doubt around competition. These experiences have taught me how important mindset and self-belief are, and I want to help other athletes navigate those same challenges.
New Dad Support
I created this program as I prepare to become a dad myself. I know how much life changes with a new child, and I want to be intentional about continuing to prioritize my own health and well-being through that transition. I also recognize how easily parents can lose sight of their own needs while caring for their families. I want to help dads find that balance, reclaim their health, and feel their best while showing up for the people who matter most.
