7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full
Coaching packages expire after the stated term unless otherwise agreed
8. Refunds
Due to the time-based nature of coaching services:
Completed sessions are non-refundable
Unused sessions in approved packages may be refundable only if stated in writing
Digital products, downloadable materials, and completed services are non-refundable unless required by law
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through our website or coaching services, including guides, worksheets, branding, text, videos, and resources, remain our property unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use content unlawfully.
