Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

We value your time and ask that you respect scheduled coaching appointments.

Rescheduling / Cancellation

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice

  • Requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be considered late cancellations

Late Cancellations

  • Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee equal to the session value

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a client misses a scheduled session without notice.

  • No-show appointments are non-refundable

  • The session may be deducted from a package or charged in full

Late Arrival

If you arrive late:

  • Session time may be shortened to respect other scheduled appointments

  • Full session fees may still apply

Emergencies

True emergencies will always be considered with compassion and reasonable discretion.

Coaching Packages

If sessions are part of a package:

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions may count as used sessions

  • Packages expire according to the terms stated at purchase
